I love working in Product because it feeds my curiosity and lets me build meaningful digital solutions where strategy meets technology. At Threedy GmbH, I've helped scale instant3Dhub, our API platform for large-scale 3D data visualization, into a more robust, developer-friendly product used across industries.
Before Threedy, I built a broad foundation across both startups and big tech. At Amazon, I managed high-revenue Tier 1 retail vendors, joined critical negotiations and drove process automation and growth at scale. Earlier, as a Founders Associate at PAVAO, I helped take our first product from idea to launch while shaping the early tech and business strategy.

I believe in crisp, transparent communication that builds trust and moves teams forward, especially in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. If I can't write it down, it's not ready.

I go deep into data, systems, and user behavior before jumping to solutions. Gut instinct is just a starting point.

I design lightweight, scalable processes that support innovation and avoid overhead. Structure should serve speed, not slow it down.

Senior Product Manager, Platform & GrowthThreedy GmbH
As the 39th employee and second product manager at Threedy, I joined one year before our Series A funding round.
Threedy builds instant3Dhub, an API platform for handling, visualizing and interacting with large-scale 3D CAD models across industries.
- Led the integration, launch and marketing of instant3Dhub on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace.
- Developed internal platforms for licensing, usage reporting and product analytics.
- Introduced the Product Management Landscape at Threedy: Product Operations, Strategy, Discovery, Delivery, Marketing and Analytics.
- Set up the ceremonies, processes and channels for product evangelism, prototyping and solution discovery.
Day to day
- Product management across the whole life cycle, from discovery and strategy to delivery and marketing.
- Directed teams introducing and refining APIs, with a focus on the developer journey.
- Managed enhancements to the visualization and rendering pipeline, improving performance and visual quality for 3D/CAD.
- Mentored an intern and worked with five or more product squads at any time.
- Represented Threedy at conferences and industry talks.

- Managed and developed two or more Tier 1 vendors in Amazon Retail, with an annual portfolio revenue in the triple-digit million euro range.
- Prepared and took part in annual vendor negotiations for long-term profitable growth.
- Owned vendor relationships end to end, including joint business plans and their execution.
- Built scaling mechanisms to increase automation and productivity of the team and programme.
- Designed a monthly reporting concept for the supply chain team of Amazon Vendor Services.

- Recruited the first team of software engineers.
- Researched user needs and competition; designed and prototyped the web app and a circular economy system.
- Built and launched pavao.app.
- Worked with the founders on the business case, research, testing, design, pitching and organisational structure from day one.
